Therapy will help you to deal with a range of situations, such issues as depression, anxiety and bereavement, trauma relationship difficulties, eating disorders sexual, Christian Counselling and racial issues, child abuse, or personal problem solving.
We utilise the term 'therapy' to cover talking therapies, such as psychotherapy, Counselling. Therapy offers a safe, confidential place to talk to a therapist about your feelings, the problem you are experiencing. You might talk about difficult events in your life or your relationships and emotions. Or you might have negative thoughts and behaviours that you want to change.
Regarding Psychotherapy I will use an integrative approach that will be tailor made for you that may include Existential, CBT and psychodynamic. All information that are shared during sessions are keep confidential. Psychotherapy offer you as well a none-judgmental space where you can speak your mind and express yourself and your feeling.
Our goal is not to give you advice or solve your problems for you. We will offer you a safe place to be listen, to share your story, helping .you to understand yourself better, to reflect and process your issues, express your emotions and make positive changes in your life.
Counselling is similar to psychotherapy but the number sessions are shorter they can go up to 12 sessions.
